GlowLog collects the following information to provide our skin analysis service:
- Account Information: Email address, name, and encrypted password when you create an account.
- Skin Photos: Photos you upload for analysis are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage.
- Skin Data: AI-generated analysis results including glow scores, skin metrics, and recommendations.
- Skin Tone Data: If you enable Melanin Mode, your Monk Skin Tone level for calibrated analysis.
- Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your credit card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide personalized skin analysis and recommendations
- To track your skin health progress over time
- To calibrate AI analysis for your specific skin tone (Melanin Intelligence™)
- To process subscription payments
- To improve our AI models and service quality
3. Photo & Data Security
Your skin photos are encrypted in transit and at rest. Photos are stored in secure cloud storage and are never shared with third parties. AI analysis is performed through secure API calls and results are stored in encrypted databases.
4. Melanin Intelligence™ Data
Skin tone data collected through Melanin Mode is used exclusively to provide unbiased, calibrated skin analysis. This data is never used for profiling, advertising, or shared with third parties. You can disable Melanin Mode and delete your skin tone data at any time.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data (photos, analysis history, skin tone data) at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

- Stripe: Payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
- AI Analysis: Skin photos are processed through secure AI APIs for analysis purposes only
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your skin analysis history at any time from your account settings.
