GlowLog is NOT a medical device or diagnostic tool. Our AI analysis provides general skin health observations and recommendations only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare provider for skin concerns, especially for:
- Suspicious moles or skin growths
- Persistent skin conditions
- Severe acne or skin reactions
- Any condition requiring medical attention
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe
- You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period
- Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
- A $1.99 seven-day starter pass is available to explore GlowLog features
5. User Responsibilities
- You must be 16 or older to use GlowLog
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials
- You agree to upload only your own photos or photos you have permission to use
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our AI systems
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your photos. By uploading photos, you grant GlowLog a limited license to process them for analysis. GlowLog’s AI models, branding, and software are our intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability
GlowLog is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including reliance on AI analysis results.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
